300 Books donated to Read and Romp Event sponsored by Reach Out and Read
1400 Books donated to pediatrician offices in New England in collaboration with Reach Out and Read.
1400 Books donated to elementary school libraries in Mass during National Education Month (Nov 04). These books were designated to enhance 5th grade poetry curriculum. Each of the copies of Forever Poems for Now and Then contained an electronic version of the book on CD to use with the Kurzweil 3000 reading software for sight challenged and learning disabled children.

100 Books given to all 5th graders with a poetry-art assembly presentation by the authors, O’Hearn School, Dorchester, MA
100 Books given to 3rd graders, with a poetry-art educational activity lead by the author, in 3rd grade classes, William Trotter School, Dorchester, MA
300 Books donated with workshop activities lead by the authors at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston in Chelsea, So Boston, Roxbury, Dorchester and Charlestown and in BGCB Sumner After School program in Roslindale.  See article in South Boston Online
500  Books donated to the Cecil John Rhodes and the Stanley Primary School in Gweru, Zimbabwe.  Books and our Time to Be a Poet work booklets were incorporated into the classrooms  for teaching poetry.  Click for link.
